Dr. Jeff Baker
Medical Director
Dr. Jeff Baker is a regenerative medicine specialist that provides Mesenchymal Stem Cell Therapy, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Injections, Peptide Injections, and Vitamin Infusion Therapy.
Dr. Baker based his medical career on continual research and clinical spectrum in Regenerative Medicine since graduating from medical school at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in South Florida.
Dr. Baker has attended global and national lectures on the cutting edge technology of Mesenchymal Stem Cell Research which focuses on Musculoskeletal injuries and pain. Mesenchymal Stem Cell treatments reduce pain levels, increase function, and improve a person’s quality of life, which is the goal of Dr. Baker; to help his patients achieve their optimal health so that they can live an active and healthy lifestyle.

Melanie Da Costa
Physician Assistant
Melanie DaCosta is a board-certified Physician Assistant and fellowship-trained longevity specialist, with advanced expertise in regenerative, functional, and anti-aging medicine. She earned her Master of Medical Sciences from Nova Southeastern University and her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida State University, building a strong academic foundation in clinical medicine and human physiology.
At Prime Longevity, Melanie takes a highly personalized, data-driven approach to optimizing healthspan, performance, and cellular vitality. As a Fellow of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (FAAMM) and diplomate of the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners (ABAAHP), she integrates the latest evidence-based longevity protocols with precision diagnostics to deliver elevated, results-driven care.
Her clinical approach combines comprehensive patient assessment with advanced laboratory analysis to uncover root-cause imbalances and develop targeted treatment strategies. She specializes in therapies designed to enhance mitochondrial function, reduce inflammation, and promote long-term physiologic optimization, including hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), red light therapy, VO₂ max metabolic testing, EBOO blood filtration, peptide therapy, and advanced regenerative medicine.
